The possibilities are truly endless. A mystery shopper doesn’t know from day to day what new adventure may land in their inbox. And some assignments truly are an adventure. Cruise ships use mystery shoppers.

Any adult can be a mystery shopper. Both men and women are shoppers. Shoppers may be employed, unemployed, self-employed, or retired. There are programs for shoppers that offer certification, but it is in no way required to be a mystery shopper. Mystery shopping companies provide any special training that may be needed. Internet access is becoming more and more necessary to work with most mystery shopping companies, but there are some small companies that don’t require it.

Each shop has detailed instructions, so it’s very important to be able to follow instructions. It’s equally important to be observant and reliable. While you are mystery shopping, you will be observing customer service, product knowledge of the salesperson, quality, and other standards important to both the business and its customers.

CURB APPEAL’S an all-American endeavor any day of the year. At the heart of it is the home; at the root is a vibrant landscape that piques the senses and readily welcomes. // And the value, experts say, extends from a simple everyday appreciation to gains in eventual resale. // But how does a homeowner achieve it, quickly or over time, on a small budget or large? Local landscape designers dropped their seeds of wisdom during the busy selling season. Harvest the fruits of their labor:

“The key to curb appeal is to nestle the home in an attractive setting that showcases the home’s architectural style,” said Tami Eilers, a horticulturist and landscape designer with McDonald Landscapes, a division of McDonald Garden Center.

Achieve this with the use of focal points, the right choices in color, scale and structure of plants and materials, and coordinating the “jewelry,” she said.

From the curb, determine a primary focal point, “usually the front door,” and one or more secondary focal points, Eilers advised.

Note what needs to be “announced” as guests approach, including the main entry and driveway and walking path entrances. These areas will be framed with colors, textures and shapes that make statements and compl ement the home.

“The colors you choose should be harmonious with the home’s exterior and the garden style should represent the architectural theme,” Eilers explained.

Outside a Virginia Beach house , Eilers noted techniques she’d implemented in its expansive landscape design. To honor its classic Southern architecture, Eilers used traditional structure plants, like boxwoods, hollies and magnolias, in orderly beds.

She echoed the home’s white exterior with the use of flowering plants that bloom during different seasons for year-round interest: varieties of white camellias for autumn and winter show; doublefile viburnum, white dogwoods and azaleas for spring; and magnolias, gardenias and varieties of white hydrangeas for surprises throughout summer. Fragrant blooms bear a double-sensory treat, and white’s echoed, too, in the leaves of variegated pittosporum and iris.

Potted evergreens flank the front door, framing the main entry. The conical shape allows the eye to move up where the architecture climbs visually, as it does in columns and corners.

Keeping foundation shrubs below windows and from crowding entryways will make a house “look newer and well-loved,” Eilers said. That’s especially important for resale

As I was getting onto

As I was getting onto an escalator I met a young Spanish woman. I said Hola; she smiled and returned my greeting. She was Peruvian I think, like my wife, it must be I told myself, very lovely. We walked a little together, or at least it seemed we were together. I told her she had deep dark eyes. I?m kind of glad my wife wasn?t there because Peruvian women can get real jealous, even though my gesture was harmless, sometimes Peruvian women do not see it that way, they see it quite the opposite, harmful; yet my wife seems to understand my complements to others quite well, ?most of the time?.

I said to her: you have deep beautiful eyes?she smiled evermore, she lost her breathe for a moment, and then got it back.

?I?m happily married?.? I added.

She looked a bit puzzled, but smiled anyways.

Anyhow, here we are on this escalator again, and a girlfriend of hers shows up, says:

?Here?s a gift from a young admirer,? it was a plastic ship.

KUALA KANGSAR: Two sisters were trapped on Monday in their family car with three robbers for more than two hours before they were abandoned at a lonely spot in Liman Kati here.

The sisters, aged 6 and 17, were asleep in the Honda Accord when their parents stopped the car but left the engine running to enter a photo shop in Jalan Bagor, here. Three men then jumped into the car and drove away.

The teenager, Nurul Fatin Farhana Dzulkafli, said one of the robbers held her hand and head tightly and warned her not to make any noise.

“I followed their instructions, thinking they were going to hurt me if I put up a struggle.

“It happened in a split second and and I did not have time to escape. I was worried for my little sister as well,” Nurul Fatin said. Her sister, Siti Haida Dzulkafli, was asleep.

The robbers drove for about two hours, trying to decide what to do with the girls until one of them suggested that they be abandoned at some lonely spot.

Nurul Fatin, who is sitting her Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia this year, said she overheard one of the men saying: “Pity them, let’s not take them too far away

With the XRS model introduced last year, Corolla is expanding its appeal to younger, performance-oriented buyers.?

The Toyota Corolla has taillights that perfectly match the shape of its headlights. Getting in and out of the automobile has been made easier with its door openings made reasonably wide. The Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) is available. An additional plus for this model is it has a sunroof.

Within its interior, a passenger would have the feeling that not of a small vehicle. The interior also does not feel cheap unlike many compacts. Large and/or tall people might find the accommodations somewhat cramped up, however shorter people would find the Toyota Corolla?s interior and space fitting them perfectly. For average-sized adults, there is plenty of front legroom and headroom, and a decent amount of space in the back.

As a result, the symptoms of fibromyalgia can be conveniently dismissed as psychosomatic. Conversely, fibromyalgia can become the catchall diagnosis when there is resistance to traveling the long road to a conclusive diagnosis. Either way, the patient loses.

Sometimes, a patient receives great relief when they are told what the problem is, even if a solution is unclear. Receiving a confidant diagnosis of fibromyalgia may not provide relief but at least it allows the sufferer to move forward to explore treatment alternatives.

The American College of Rheumatology has made this diagnostic process easier for patient and physician by developing criteria for fibromyalgia that can be used in diagnosing the disorder. According to the criteria established by the ACR, a person is considered to have fibromyalgia if he or she has experienced widespread pain for at least three months in combination with tenderness in at least 11 of 18 specific tender point sites. While this may not be as definitive as a blood test or X-rays for other conditions, at least there is guidance that results in diagnosis with a high degree of confidence.

As for treating fibromyalgia? well that?s another story!

This is the digital age we mean the cellular phone. Perhaps no other decision has caused so much alarm and grief (aside from a credit card) then if you should give your teenage their own cellular phone. The cellular phone companies would advocate for allowing your teenage the use of a cell phone. And certainly there is merit to that suggestion. After all teenagers can use the cell phone in times of emergency such as breaking down on the side of the road or needing a ride home. Don’t forget that nearly half of today’s teenagers already have a cell phone. Leaving your teenager without one could affect their cool factor with their friends and other teenagers. There probably exist many other emergency situations in which your loved one would need a cell phone.

Unfortunately many teenagers seem to think there is always a crisis going on and ultimately end up using their cell phone for almost everything to include calling and text messaging their friends in no time flat.
